About Us

Bluewater Pharmacy is a family owned business catering to Townsville families. Our friendly and helpful pharmacy assistants have been serving the local community since 1996. Throughout the years our reputation for providing personalised customer service and selling affordable products has grown steadily.

Our pharmacy is located in the Northern Beaches area of Townsville. Though we are situated in a tranquil location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we are not a chain store and we proudly stand by our slogan "bringing city services to you." Our friendly Townsville pharmacists will offer clear, practical advice on the use of your prescribed medication as well as ensure you have access to useful healthcare resources.

Bluewater Pharmacy is owned and managed by Frank Ferlazzo. The team consists of three pharmacists (Stewart Collins, Joe Grasso and Jayne DeLuca) and two pharmacy assistants (Bridie Florence and Vanessa Emmerton).

Customer convenience is our priority at Bluewater Pharmacy. Our pharmacy is located within a medical centre which provides a range of allied health care services. A physiotherapist, a pathologist, a psychologist, a podiatrist, a nutritionist and a diabetic educator offer their services at our healthcare hub.

If you can't make it to Bluewater Pharmacy, a delivery service for those in need can be arranged by our caring team. We are committed to providing easy-to-access pharmaceutical care for senior citizens.
